Hi Michael! I stumbled on the site by accident but I loved readings the small stories about Ortley. I am glad to hear that the Cafe is up and running again. I remember as a child growing up when we would have to work the cattle we kept in Ortley that we would always stop at the Cafe to eat and either play pool or play cards. I remember even back earlier then that when Ortley would have the carnival in town. I wish someone had pictures of that! I remember my Grandfather's Antique store that was on the North side of town and playing on the pool table he had their.
